Con más de 20 años en la escena mundial, MORTIFICATION sigue siendo una de las bandas que se ha mantenido como única con su propia visión y su particular Death Metal cristiano casi pasando como una banda underground, ya que aún siendo muy conocida nunca ha logrado una fuerte imagen a nivel mundial.
Y es por eso que este 2010 revive su historia a lo largo de 20 años de carrera con este disco doble Twenty Years in the Underground, con todos sus temas más importantes realizados en vivo y alguna re grabaciones de temas.
